Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights you have under EU consumer law or, in Türkiye, under Law no. 6502 on Consumer Protection.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that you are.

The product

TICTAC 2 GO is a travel pillow with an integrated tic-tac-toe game: a plush 92/8 poly-elastane velvet shell over an air-channel memory foam core, 22 cm square, supplied with ten playing pieces (five X, five O), a drawstring pouch and a clip. Materials are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.

It is a comfort and leisure product, not a medical device, a child restraint or safety equipment. It makes no orthopaedic or therapeutic claim. It is not a toy within the meaning of Directive 2009/48/EC, and the playing pieces are small parts: keep them away from children under 3.

Photographs are accurate, but screens vary. Slight differences in colour and in the pile of the velvet are normal and are not defects.

Orders and when the contract is formed

Adding items to the cart is not an offer by us; your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot fulfil an order (stock, an obvious pricing error, or an address we cannot serve), we tell you and refund you in full.

Before you pay, the checkout shows the product, the total price including taxes, delivery costs, the delivery estimate and these terms. Clicking the payment button places you under an obligation to pay.

Prices

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where we are registered to charge it. Delivery cost is shown separately at checkout before payment. Import taxes on cross-border orders are covered in our shipping page.

We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. If a price is obviously wrong, such as an evident typing error a reasonable person would notice, we may cancel and refund rather than supply at that price. Multi-pack prices are bundle prices; for partial returns see our returns page.

Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and the providers listed there; we never see or store your full card details. Your order is dispatched once payment has cleared.

Delivery

See our shipping page, which forms part of these terms. We deliver within 30 days of the contract unless we agree otherwise with you. If we miss that and you have not agreed a new date, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Withdrawal, returns and guarantees

Your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, our 30-day returns window and the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity are set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Using this website

You may not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape it at a scale that burdens it, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend access if you do.

Any review, comment or image you submit must be your own and truthful. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it in connection with the product. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or abusive.

Intellectual property

The TICTAC 2 GO name, logo, product design, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Buying the product does not transfer any intellectual property in it.

Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses where you are buying outside your trade or profession.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes, customs closures, natural events, or interruptions to public networks. We will tell you, and if the delay is substantial you may cancel and be refunded.

Personal data

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy. For EU customers this is governed by the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679); for customers in Türkiye, by the Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order; changes are not applied retroactively.

Governing law and disputes

If you are a consumer, any choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there.

Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) within the annual monetary limits published by the Ministry of Trade. EU consumers may use the alternative dispute resolution body in their own country; the EU's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
